DESPATCH, SHIPPING AND RETURNS INFORMATION

Goods are despatched only from our warehouse in West Yorkshire. We do not operate a facility for customer collection, nor do we have a shop - all our business is done via the internet or mail order. However, larger orders that are sufficient to be palletised, can be collected by prior arrangement. The shipping costs quoted should be considered approximate. It may be necessary to increase the shipment charges if the destination is not, in the opinion if our carriers, within mainland UK and subject to standard rates. Surcharges do apply to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Scilly, Ireland, etc. If in doubt, please contact us before placing any orders. 

Returns Information

Your right to return goods is protected by the Distance Selling Act 2000. If you are unsatisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of the date of receipt of goods. We will offer you an exchange or a full refund (less any original shipping costs) provided that the products are returned unopened, unused, in saleable condition and with the original packaging. Return postage or carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and will not be refunded.
 

If you wish to return goods under the conditions above or if the product develops a fault, before returning any product to us you must contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Reference Number. An RAR number can ONLY be obtained by contacting the sales department at sales@theproductsourcedirectory.com. This number must be clearly identifiable on the product packaging and accompanying documentation. We will advise where the product should be returned to and what the course of action will be. This is because different manufacturers may have different rules for fulfilling warranty claims. Note that we cannot accept delivery of any package without an authorised RAR number. However for information our general returns address is:

The cost of return transportation to our warehouse will be at the purchasers expense. The Product Source Directory reserve the right to repair the unit or replace with one of a similar age, or to give a whole or partial refund of the purchase price only (not of any initial post and packing charges). We will pay any return transportation of a replacement unit to the purchaser.
